I visited this store after it was recommended to me and was very disappointed with the customer service. I understand the staff was busy, but after being left in a room with catalogs for 20 minutes and then waiting another 15 minutes without any acknowledgment or help, I finally walked out. A simple update or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. I went to another lighting store , found a fixture along with additional items and purchased

We closed escrow 3 months ago on a new (to us) home that’s 36 years old. Our kitchen contractor suggested Lightstyles when I told him I wanted to replace chandeliers. I went to the Costa Mesa store, met Denise and she did a fantastic job picking 4 chandeliers, 2 pendants and z4 ceiling fans plus outdoor lighting. I highly recommend Livhtstyles and Denise. I love how everything turned out

Great experience overall! We have had a difficult time finding light bulbs that would work in our older fixtures. We had tried multiple hardware and big box stores with no luck at any of them. We decided to go check this place out as a last ditch effort before replacing our fixtures. Denise helped us and knew right away what we needed in terms of color and fitment. We were able to order the bulbs we needed easily and they came into the store quickly. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The selection here is huge and the prices are great. I highly recommend this place for your lighting needs.

I want to give a huge thank you to Sandra at the Costa Mesa location! I have been working with her on a couple of my clients projects and she is always quick at responding and getting me prices and lead times. Being a designer and having a specific time frame for projects, its always nice to know that my products will be available when needed. Project management is so crucial and Sandra has helped me with that aspect so thank you!
