What a fantastic experience with Appliance Service & Repair specialists out of Irvine. Another company came out and could not complete the repair, claiming the screw was corroded and couldn’t be removed to fix the suspension in the washing machine. I called Nick with AS&RS and explained the situation, he said no problem and came out within the hour. His service was prompt and professional. He was kind and helpful in explaining the best way to load the washer to prevent this from happening again. He explained this business handles all appliances. I know who we will be using from here on out!
