We didn't have a great experience with this organization and company. Ended up spending $500, they came out twice and couldn't fix the issue, each time recommended parts and labor, and it worked for a few days, then stopped. When we called them out to diagnose again, they charged another service fee and basically said they could try something different but don't guarantee that it will work. We ended up spending $500 with them, our oven still doesn't work, AND are getting a new oven.

Dishwasher repair tech came out and look one look at the dishwasher and told me that it certain holes were clogged causing the dishwasher to not start, then the report sent to the insurance company stated it was misuse, when clearly it was not misuse and he never stated that to me. I never received a copy of the techs notes or any information and he asked me to leave the room while he "worked" after 5 min he said he knew what was wrong and left my house.

The technician that was sent to service our request didn’t come prepared with a step stool or anything. He was rude and unprofessional. After he assessed what was wrong he told us that the latch is broken and he needs to order parts. He comes back a week later and says home warranty AHS won’t cover it because of neglect. How would we even neglect the door? It’s meant to open and shut. It’s one of the ones with a fan an above the stove. Wear and tear for plastic parts is for sure worse in warm spots. No communication whatsoever from AHS. Both companies are scammers.
