Worst Company ever. I’ve never had to deal with this situation before. Refrigerator was still under warranty. Unfortunately, someone recommended Jasco Services. David came out in the afternoon and said our LG was dead and would contact LG. Paid $99 fee. 4 weeks later call after call. Part coming from South Korea. (Really). Finally called LG, tech came out next day, had a new compressor with him, fixed it in under an hour. No fee!

We have used Jasco Services for over 13 years and always get great service! A few years ago our dryer was not working. Contacted David and he tried to fix it but pronounced the dryer dead! He helped us locate a new dryer that same day and it was delivered a few hours later to our home. Today our washer decided to throw an error code and I called Jasco. Even though the Company is closed due to Covid19, I still received a call back. David listened to the issue and said if we unplugged the washer a couple of hours it should reset the communication board. We plugged it back in like directed and presto... it works like a charm! Thanks Jasco for always being there to help your customers!!!

Horrible company! We would give them a 0 if we could! So called technician had his mind made up before entering house! Did no diagnostic tests but told his office it has a leak ? Wonder how he knew that?... GE service used to be A&E for our area in Niguel- did a great job. You can't make a diagnosis without pulling out the fridge and checking it out. He barely spoke English and did nothing but look inside. Jasco is paying us off without sending a true technician out so we cancelled our contract . No more GE no more Jasco
