We were having a problem with the water dispenser in our refrigerator. The initial call went well and the person on the phone was very professional. The technician came out on time, but really didn't seem to try very hard to diagnose the problem. He took about 5 minutes to look around and then told me that our refrigerator was cheap - literally said that you get what you pay for and that there was nothing they could do. He then dropped a bunch of caked on crud (hoping it was just mud) from his shoes all across my floor. I paid $95 for that.
I called another local company who came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and I will have the whole thing repaired by next week. Save time and money - call AZ appliance instead.
