Bought a repaired Roper top loading washing machine with agitator from Dale. This unit was for my wife's grandmother's home. Punctual, professional and great pricing! Came and swapped out with old unit for no extra charge. Took only 45min and tested the unit we purchased prior to leaving.

When our washer died, we reached out to Dale, owner of Complete Appliance Service, to possibly purchase a working used unit. After talking with him, he supported our efforts to attempt to fix it ourselves by giving us tips and suggestions, YouTube videos and amazon part links. We ended up fixing it with a $25 part from amazon by the very next day! Above all else, it was clear from the first call his intentions to help get us back with a working washer were honest and genuine and that can be hard to come by these days. 10/10 Recommend Dale!

Very rude and unreliable. Never shows after making repair appointments and does not communicate. Sold us a washer that gave out after a couple of moths and wont repair it without charging. Hardly used the washer as its for a air bnb and were testing it, but got accused of using it enough to break it. Then called my wife and said he was not seeing eye to eye and figured he would hive her a shot. Now needing new washer as the one we bought needs a new transmission. Never using this business again.
