Center Appliance

Came here last Wednesday on 9/3. I needed two appliances last minute as I had my workers available for only 2 days. I called first to see if they had Advantium ovens in stock. I was helped over the phone by Victor who was very knowledgeable and patient. They actually had two models in stock, which I was surprised and grateful because it is not a commonly carried appliance and the Tracy location did not have in stock nor did Home Depot. I checked with my guys to confirm they could install the model as the dimensions were significantly different from the broken older model we were replacing. I came to the store about an hour later with my truck, the store was busy at this time, but Victor and Oscar were amazing in helping all the customers and multitasking. Victor quickly grabbed my appliance while recommending a better dishwasher as well, and grabbed that too. He also gave a discount on the Advantium. Oscar finished up the paperwork and had me in and out in under 30 mins (maybe even 20) and helped me load up my truck. The appliances are beautiful and so quiet and working perfectly. So far I couldn’t be happier with the selection and the help of Victor and Oscar. Thank you!

Left here about an hour or so ago. This was the only parts store near by that was open on a Saturday! Tho there was one down the street from where I stay this one was open when I needed it!! I don’t remember the guys names but both the associate at the desk and the delivery guy who was helping behind the desk were Awesome!! They had the part and also gave us feedback on one of the appliances on the floor. If I need to in the future I will be returning here and I do recommend this place to anyone and to the gentlemen who helped us.. Thank you both for your help and knowledge!! I hope y’all get a raise! Aside from me raising two thumbs up for you!! 👍👍

I can only say good things about this store. We have purchased a new dishwasher about 2 years ago and recently a new oven. Today my mother-in-laws refrigerator died (probably yesterday but she told us today). She is 90 and really didn’t know how to handle this issue. My wife and I went over figured out what size she needed and headed straight to Center Appliance. Luckily they had the Frig that we needed in stock and since we went in early (and they were not slammed with deliveries today) they were actually able to fit us in for a delivery and install. True heroes and this made a 90 year old ladies day!! Thank You and I can’t say enough about your store. Our go to place for appliances.
