Please ignore all the low reviews here. They are for a totally different company (Peninsula Appliance REPAIR). A stark contrast to the excellent experience I had with Peninsula Appliance Installation. I had a range, fridge, and washer/dryer installed. It was quick and remarkably professional. Juan spent extra time ensuring everything was leveled and installed correctly. Double and triple checked our water line was leak-free. Great attention to detail. I was impressed.

No surprise this company had so many negative reviews, save yourself time and frustration and don’t use them. They are not responsive and do mot communicate at all. Very frustrating to listen to the condescending woman who answers the phone repeat herself and refuse to listen to or answer the simplest of questions, the same experience with every call. . 0 out of 10 recommend this company.

Do not recommend! Really disappointing customer service and technician service. They charged us over $400 to book a technician, for the technician visit, and for a replacement part that 1) did not fix the problem (the slow outflow from our LG washer) and 2) resulted in a new leak of the washer starting AFTER the pump replacement. When I called to request technician return to fix the new leak, I was told they would only come if we pay a new technician visit fee -- even though the original diagnostic visit and part replacement was unsuccessful AND seems to have caused the new leak.

I was just let down by them too. I have an oven that has a part that went out. The manufacturer will pay for the part and ship it to them. They will not do it unless they can bill me for the part and service. The woman on the phone did not care about the manufacturer that referred them nor helping me. She only cares about billing me for both. Pretty unprofessional and a complete letdown.
