We recently purchased a rice cooker (Akureo), rangehood (Le Kitchen) & cooktop (Robam) from your Rowland Heights store. We are writing this review to commend Bonnie Ma, the sales associate who assisted us. Bonnie’s knowledge of the appliances were exceptional. She was able to help us find the perfect appliances without any pressure. When we encountered problems with the Robam cooktop after it was delivered & installed, she went above and beyond to have the issues resolved in a very timely manner. Her professionalism & patience are commendable. She really deserve a massive shout out for her outstanding customer service. Keep her, she’s an asset to your company!!!
