The washing machine had been walking across the laundry room floor during the spin cycle, a few inches every load until it was nearly against the wall. Moreno Valley Appliance Repair's technician leveled the machine, replaced a worn shock absorber, and ran a spin cycle to confirm it stayed put. Problem solved and he explained what caused it so we could prevent it going forward.

Bought this house six months ago and the oven never worked right from day one. Finally had Moreno Valley Appliance Repair's technician look at it, the oven sensor and control board both needed attention. He sorted both and the oven actually works the way it's supposed to now. Should've called in month one.

Called because things in the back of the fridge kept freezing solid, the lettuce, leftovers, everything. The technician adjusted the damper and checked the thermostat calibration. Took maybe 25 minutes. He was friendly without being chatty, which I appreciate. Everything's been fine since.

I’m a bakery owner, and my refrigerator had completely stopped cooling. Because of that, a lot of sweets and food items were spoiled.
