Dr. Appliances was great! They were one of the only companies that asked for specific details (Washer brand, model number, what the issue was and what part potentially needed to be replaced) during my initial call. Of the multiple companies that I called, no one asked these simple questions. The other companies wanted $99+ just to come out and asses the problem! Dr. Appliances also provided a same day quote and followed up on calls/texts promptly. Great service! Juan the technician from Dr. Appliances was on-time and very polite. He set to work right away and got our washing machine back up and running after replacing some damaged parts quickly. Cleaned up the work area and ran a rinse cycle to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Juan & Dr. Appliances!

Juan and Dr. Appliances have been great to work with. We’ve used them several times for properties we manage, and they’ve always been reliable and responsive. On their most recent visit, a washing machine kept giving us issues. Juan and his team came out three separate times to monitor the situation and make sure everything was working properly. They also took the time to explain some helpful maintenance tips to the tenants, which was greatly appreciated. Juan did an outstanding job installing our washer and dryer. The space was very tight, but he handled it with skill and care, making everything fit perfectly without causing any damage to the unit or surrounding area. What really impressed me was how quickly he responded—he arrived at our home within 15 minutes of my initial call to Dr. Appliance and completed the entire installation in under an hour. Despite working efficiently, he never rushed the job and made sure everything was set up correctly. Juan was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he was doing in a clear and simple way, which I really appreciated. It gave me confidence that the job was being done right and helped me better understand how everything works. On top of that, the service was priced very reasonably, especially considering the quality of work and the quick turnaround time.
