I sent photos ahead of time and explained the issue in detail over multiple phone calls. They insisted they needed to come out in person and charged an $85 service fee (which they said would go toward the repair if we moved forward). The technician showed up and didn’t even inspect the problem area or run the dishwasher. Within minutes, he told me it would be easier to just replace the entire unit. While I understand that sometimes parts are no longer available and larger assemblies need replacing, that’s exactly the kind of conclusion that could have been discussed over the phone based on the information and photos I already provided. It felt like the service call was unnecessary from the start and just a way to collect a fee, rather than a genuine attempt to diagnose or fix the issue. If they had been upfront, I could have avoided the time and cost altogether. Disappointing experience and a waste of time and money.

AMPM was very prompt. I called on a Sunday evening and they booked an appointment for Monday morning. Gary showed up promptly. Gary was quick to be able to diagnose the problem ordered the part and as promised came Wednesday and installed. He was efficient and kind. Thanks for getting my washer up and running in three days!!!!

The servicing of my oven was excellent, but as a result of putting in new springs, there were scratches on my oven doors. No one was responsive to me when I kept following up to find a solution to get the scratches remedied. I spent over $1500 and I am very disappointed.

Jason answered right away, gave me a clear $65 diagnostic estimate (applied toward the repair), and was able to schedule a same‑day appointment. He also kept me updated and let me know when the technician, Todd, was on the way—about 30 minutes before arrival. Todd was great to work with. He listened, diagnosed the issue quickly, and never tried to upsell anything. He gave us a fair estimate and ordered the parts, which arrived the very next day. Once again, Jason notified us 30 minutes before Todd returned. The repair was smooth, professional, and exactly as quoted. Reliable, honest, and efficient service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
