A 1 Appliance

These guys are fantastic. I've been a customer for years & multiple appliances, and never had a bad experience. The fellows are painfully respectful when moving the equipment around, they're personable but don't waste time. Very efficient, wrapped the old 'frig water line with a rag so it didn't leave a trail on my carpet, just great! Did as much 'frig assembly outside as possible, cleaned up all the plastic, cardboard, & styrofoam to take with them. Couldn't be happier unless GE charged $750 less....

Definitely A-1 Appliance will have all my appliance business going forward. Nick went above and beyond to make things right. I bought a Speed Queen dryer. At the time of delivery, the dryer was very damaged. I would have had to waited til Tuesday for my new dryer to be delivered. As a caregiver, and or someone that is on a schedule that can't always be flexible, somethings like having a working washer and dryer are dire needs on a daily . I spoke with Nick and told him my situation and how it was important to get it delivered asap. The next morning( Friday)8am sharp, Nick drove from Auburn to Loma Rica on his way to the work with my brand new Speed Queen dryer. He delivered and hooked it up for me on his own time. He's an amazing salesman. Going above and beyond for his customers. He didn't have to do this but he did. His compassion and professionalism is unmeasurable. Ask for Nick when you're in the market for your next home appliance . He'll take care of you!!
