These are horrible people! They are rude on the phone. Put you on hold until you hang up!! They speak at you and not with you!!! Buy your appliances somewhere else!!! update to this review. PHONE HARASSMENT!!! THEY CALLED ME THREE TIMES EVEN THE OWNER. I HAVE THE EVIDENCE AND VOICE MAILS I AM PROVIDING TO YHE BETTER BUSINEES BUREU AND OTHER AGENCIES! THEY YRUED TO GET ME TO CHANGE THIS REVIEW!! PHONE HARASSMENT!!!!! ALSO SENDING TO THE POLICE!!!

My refrigerator was leaking and I needed a new one. I told my boyfriend and he said to go check prices and buy a new one. I immediately went to Reids and found the perfect refrigerator for my space in 5 minutes. Have been doing business with Reids for 40 years so no need to do the price comparison thing and waste my time. The customer service is impeccable and I trust that I’ll receive quality merchandise at a fair price. By the way I did check prices after the purchase and I was not disappointed. I will be back at Reids when my next appliance needs replacement😊

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Reid’s Appliances! From the knowledgeable sales staff to the super friendly and efficient installation, everything was done professionally and with care. They made it so easy for me, were willing to work around my schedule and they even helped out by coordinating with my insurance assessors. Thank you to Reid’s Appliances for restoring my faith that there are companies who still value their customers and Customer Service!
