Not a restauranteur, but I stopped in to replace a few of my consumer level items with commercial items. They did have a few items for the home chef from brands like All Clad, but a lot of it were brands like Winco. Incredible variety of goods for sale here. If it's ever been used in a restaurant, it's here. Three guys busy on the phone when we walked in, and after exploring a bit, came out with needed items. One of the attendants rose the moment we confirmed we were ready to check out. Availability was confirmed when we'd forgotten an item, and another was ready to help as well. A GO TO place if you need any kind of device, tool, container, rack, storage, etc that's ever been used in a restaurant. Reasonable prices (actually inexpensive) for the uniqueness of the products they carry. 5 Stars
