Absolutely horrible place to deal with, they are rude, dismissive, and very sexist, if you are a woman and owner of a company they will be overly rude and call you the messenger girl, thats what they did to my wife, we own several businesses in southern California, we thought we would give them a shot as a new distributor, so happy that true colors came out after the second order, we will not be giving one more cent to these people, if you believe in respect and values and acting like a real company, GO ELSEWHERE, there are several different ice companies out there, same or better pricing, not worth it, and not worth it to lower your standards to be treated so poorly. Bad business all around, the people that run and own it think they have a monopoly, on ice lol, you guys deliver frozen water, but never again to any of our businesses in oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Encinitas, or borrego springs. HAVE A GREAT DAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE 😆😁😂

BLOCK ICE!!! You wouldn't know this place was open to the public at all driving by off the beaten path. 10 lb. Block ice $1.75 plus all other kinds, huge warehouse made right there. Fernando was nice and stopped during lunch to load 10 bags in my car. I'll tell my friends!
