This is a beautiful store. Outdoor furniture and expansive outdoor cooking options are unlike anything in the bay area. We purchased a spa. Matt was very knowledgable and understood what we needed and was able to guide us in our selection. We ended up buying beautiful new outdoor furniture in addition to the spa and we have been very happy with both. The entire staff was great. Delivery and removal of our old spa went smoothly.

I went to Custom Fireplace Patio & BBQ in Pleasanton to look for a hot tub after visiting a few other stores in the area. Their showroom was by far the best, and the staff was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a Marquis spa with microsilk. We have used it for a week and there is a noticeable difference in how my skin feels. To top it off, they provided me with a store credit to spend on patio furniture and I was able to get a new fire pit as well! Highly recommend

I went to Custom Fireplace Patio & BBQ and I was impressed by the huge selection, this has to be the best showroom around for outdoor products. Matt was great in helping me with my hot tub purchase. I have been looking for a hot tub for a while and he showed me the Microsilk option in the Marquis spas. I have used it for about a week and I have felt a huge difference in the way my skin feels, I was a little skeptical at first but I did some research on the Microsilk and I now absolutely LOVE IT!! Get the Microsilk option, it is amazing, and go talk to Matt.

Their selection is impressive, from luxury outdoor furniture to teak pieces, and everything is well‑priced. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions without pressure. I appreciated how clearly everything was organized, making the shopping experience relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great selection and service.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Custom Fireplace & BBQ! They're so much more than fireplaces and BBQ's! We started there looking only for a new grill and maybe an outdoor fireplace but we got so much more. Owner Andy completely schooled us on the latest developments in grills, pizza ovens, fireplaces & heaters. He also helped us with outdoor drawers, cabinets and refrigerator. Then as luck would have it, right when we were getting to know him, he hired a crazy good outdoor furniture buyer (Donna) who helped us select BOATLOADS of outdoor furniture. They work with a wide range of furniture manufacturers and many that you just don't see unless you're working with a designer. (We bought Kingsley Bate and Lloyd Flanders.) Donna came to our construction site several times to measure, re-measure, and walk the space with me to find the perfect mix of furnishings. As if all of that wasn't good enough, the ongoing customer service has been outstanding. My contractor came over to check out our new outdoor fireplace and we couldn't get it to fire up. He called Fireplace Andy and in 10 minutes Andy was at our house explaining to us exactly how it works. He also came out to make sure our grill and fire pit were all working. Really outstanding customer service. Can't say enough about Custom Fireplace & BBQ, I will definitely use them again and have been recommending them to my friends.
