I ordered a LG laundry tower. The price was very good. Once I placed the order Chrisine R. provided regular updates on the delivery. The unit needed to be shipped by LG to Masters so it took a little longer to receive than I had hoped but it was acceptable. Their delivery drivers were professional and dropped it off in my garage.

Made an appointment to look at double ovens and Mario helped us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had to decide on which double oven I wanted. I ended up with the Viking Series 7 double oven with the top being a French door and a new Viking Cooktop as a special they were having. The service all the way around was outstanding. Once we ordered it, I had a conversation with the manager a couple days later confirming our purchases. Then they sent out the installer to make sure both appliances would fit. A couple of days later they came out and installed them without a hitch. The installer was so professional and nice. It was refreshing to work with a company and people who actually cared.
