Wayne's Portable Washer & Dryer

Everything was going great until the washing machine appeared to have an issue within 2 months of purchasing. I was not made aware of the extended warranty option at the time of purchase because I was an online shopper. Owner said 'It's not his job," to inform me of the option to buy the extension and now I have to continue to pay off a machine with issues. I was trying to help him understand that this was not fair, due to the fact that he has an informative sign up in his physical store, but failed to ask if I wanted an extension during our chats. He then blocked me. Wow!!! Terrible. I'm down in $$ and now expected to find a repairman for a portable washer, which probably does not exist. Please, this is to anyone thinking of buying here, especially the online shopper: ASK ABOUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. And, I suggest you do buy it.

Very friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer worked exactly as we expected. He showed us how to connect and use them. It has a drain pump, which helps drain the water from about 4 feet high—excellent for a portable washer to have that. The dryer does its job; you can't put too many clothes in at once, but it dries very well. Everything was included, including the stand and all the necessary hoses.
