Byer, stay away, this place used to be the go to for appliances, but now Kenny's customer service just sucks. I'd been better off going to Best Buy instead of trying to shop small business locally...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.....it stays off all good but when you have an issue with an appliance you purchased......NO BUENO

DO NOT COME HERE! Took our washer here back in December and they fixed it no problem. It ran fine for a week then by the second week it broke again so we took it back since it had only been 1 week and we had warranty, we were told it would take a week to fix the issue because it was the transmission. After 2 weeks go by we went and checked on the washer again and they tried charging us another fee so we told them if it was still on the 30 day warranty why would we pay another fee, they assumed the warranty was from a couple months ago which is why they were in no hurry to fix it. They asked for a receipt because they didn't believe us so we showed them the receipt and they said okay give us a week. After a week goes by we check on them again and they said since it had been raining they can't work on anything and to come back in another week. At this point its been 6 months and we still keep getting a run around on why our washer isn't fixed.
