I had a great experience with Jesus! He responded quickly and answered all of my questions clearly and honestly. The customer service was excellent — very polite, respectful, and professional. He was extremely helpful in resolving the issues with my washer machine and made sure to explain the entire service process so I knew exactly what to expect. I truly appreciated his transparency and willingness to go above and beyond to find the best solution. Highly recommend!

This business does not deserve any stars. I called them to fix my washing machine and the guy said that it was the transmission. He guaranteed my husband that, that was the problem. He took my machine and brought it back that same day. He said he tested it and was working. My washing machine is worst than when he took it. It looks like he never touched it. My husband called them and they are ignoring our phone calls. They literally stole more than $300 from us.
