The tech. Carlos was prompt. and courteous, but deceptive in his charge for labor. It was stated the charge would be $65 for a home visit and the $65 would go towards repairs. I needed a new stove igniter which took 10 min to replace but he charged $212 @ $150 an hr I don't recommend this place their pricing is misleading and deceptive, the part was only $58.

On time, great customer service, and an honest estimate on the repair. Even though my washer was gonna cost more than it was worth I was glad to not be raked over the coals with costly repairs. I’ll be calling if my new washer goes bad.
