I was told my oven needed the board replaced and he was not sure if he could get a new one, said he would let me know the next day. I never heard from him so I called him and left a message, I also called and left a message at the office, neither of them called me back. I finally got a hold of the office and was told she would find out from the tech and call me back, I never received a call back from the office or the tech, Terrible service.

Beware. Called for ice maker repair. Technician said he would have to get a cost on part and would call the next day with a quote. He then demanded a $50 service call fee. For some reason he turned off my refrigerator before he left. He never called back. 10 days later, after challenging the charge to the credit card I called and was told he was waiting for a cost on the part. Later he said the part would cost in excess of $200. I said o.k, and a week later he showed up with a part (a new ice drawer) and slipped it in and demanded an additional service fee. I just wanted him gone, so I agreed and he charged my card. He then demanded that I sign an agreement with 2 pages of fine print. I refused and he grabbed the part and left. Very unprofessional. I will continue to challenge is charges to my credit card.
