I received great service. When I called to get information about service on my refrigerator they were clear about how the service would go. I set up an appointment for the next day and Dave was there on time with a great attitude and clear communication about what would happen during the service call. He diagnosed the problem and explained what the cost would be. It was complete in 30 minutes. I recommend highly recommend.

I came in to check if they had a driver belt for my washer. The guy helping me tossed the belt onto the counter and said that was the part. I could tell there was a difference but he insisted. Price me at about $40 for a $9 dollar part. I agreed as long as they accept the part back if it wasnt the right one for my washer. He replied back with a confrontational "NO!". I said no thank you and walked out. From the look of other comments on here, this is natural for this company unfortunately.

This was the best appliance service call that I have ever had. On time, promptly gets to work to fix the problem and is professional, cordial and so helpful in explaining the problem, the repair and the cost. So happy to have this unforgettable experience and to recommend his services to anyone I know! He and Mary are a delightful team.He worked on my Speed Queen Washer today.
