Kemper Appliance – Appliance Repair & Sales San Diego

I usually use Yingst Appliance in Vista for repairs but their repair man was sick so they referred me to Kemper. I first guy that came did a $250 repair that did not fix the timer issue. Then a more experiences guy came and supposedly replaced the timer for another $150 and it still did not work. At this point I was getting a little tense and the owner, who sounded like she was from India, said I was rude and they would never work for me again(Great customer service). So I called Yingst back and set an appointment telling them about my frustrating experience with kemper. Their service man(recovered from illness) came and discovered the dial on the timer was stripped and that was the problem. Yingst sold me a new dial for $30 that fixed the problem. So with Yingst $95 service call and Kempers charges I'm out over $500 that should have been a $125 repair. Beware of the new ownership of Kemper Appliance.

I had an issue with my microwave and reached out to Kemper. Booking the appointment was a breeze! Really appreciate the tech, Omar, - he respected my schedule and not only fixed the microwave but also cleaned up after himself. He even gave me some handy maintenance tips. It was very kind of him for fixing the dishwasher cover plate without any extra charge! The price was fair, and the whole experience was super professional. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I'll definitely be back and recommend them to friends and family.

I recently had my refrigerator repaired by Kemper Appliances, and their service was exceptional. The owner was very professional, ethical, and respectful of my time, ensuring the job was completed efficiently without any issues or delays. The technician thoroughly explained me the process and completed the job seamlessly. As per my research, I anticipated a higher bill but their charges were very competitive. Last week, I had some work performed by Kemper Appliance, in my house and I was so impressed right from the word go... Ms. Wendy scheduled my appointment offering me great customer service. She was very polite and asked me smart questions to understand the nature of the issue. Their technicians Omar and Miguel were extremely professional , courteous and PUNCTUAL ! They took care of the issue very quickly and also cleaned up in the area they had worked in. The quotation given by owner Soumya was very reasonable . She came across to me as a person with good business acumen and excellent communication skills. It's nice to know there is this company, that takes great pride in their work, at every level. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR TOP NOTCH SERVICE !!
