Excellent service, selection, and price. Went into look for range hood - they had all the brands we wanted (zephyr, fotile, haulane). Many of the display unit is hooked up so you can test how loud certain models are. And popular models are in stock, and we were able to pick up a unit the same day! I had an amazing experience shopping at AA appliance. Anson introduced different brands of appliances to me and patiently explained all the details, which helped me make up my mind of choosing the most suitable set of appliances. Anson was also very supportive, provided the best price and best customer service. He helped me re-schedule the delivery a couple of times, always picked up my calls and answered all my questions during and after installation, and he was very helpful with my return as well. Great local supply store. I needed a specific fridge which was out of stock for 2 months at all the big brand stores (Home Depot, Lowe’s etc). I called them on Friday, they confirmed they had 4 in stock. I was able to purchase it over the phone and they delivered it within 2 business days. Andy and the other associate were very helpful and prompt in their follow up, and communicated well about delivery times. The price was ~10% higher than the big box stores, but happy to pay the extra for prompt delivery and service. Happy to have such a local store, I will go back for future needs!
