A wonderful experience from start to finish. I had been browsing home appliances online and at the big box stores since a home renovation started a few months ago. Could not find appliances that met my specifications of being a simple as possible and getting everything in one place. We happened to look on Google today for an appliance store, saw good reviews, walked in, and Rafael took care of us! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We walked out with purchase of a very nice LG fridge, washer and dryer with minor cosmetic imperfections. Delivery in 1-2 days includes set up. Looking forward to Rafael’s call letting me know when an electric LG range and dishwasher come in. Highly recommended this business!

Replaced our old washing machine and dryer with this LG washtower. Everything from shopping to installation by their team went great. The machine is technically open box but brand new in every way except a very small dent on the side wall. Still has manufacturer's warranty. I saved about $500 compared to buying at the big stores. Their installation team is also very easy to work with and probably a lot more experienced than whatever delivery company the big stores work with. Definitely recommend giving them a call or going in to see their inventory.

This family run business deserves 6 stars if I could give a true rating. For over three years they have provided pretty much all my appliances at fantastic prices and perfect service, it's really true. From a Samsung four door fridge to LG washer and dryer to the highest elite model of Bosch dishwasher I couldn't find better prices. And the service is amazing. Delivery was prompt, usually the next day and through. The delivery men were extremely careful with carrying and installing all my appliances and careful to completely show the special features of each appliance, what delivery men actually test run and explain everything and ask for any questions I may have? Amazing! When one appliance seemed to not work, their in house repairman comes to me while the delivery men are still installing other appliances and quickly solves the issue. Wow, I never had such full service with no waiting. And they stand by their appliances even when I needed help almost a year later when they were under no obligation to do anything else for me. I'm speechless at their thorough service after purchase. I have no worries, only complete security that I not only got the best price but people I trust to care for my appliances and my needs for at least three years now! Hope you get a chance to experience the impeccable professional and exemplary serice of this company! All of them are real people who show good old fashion pride in their work and care for their customers way after purchasing their appliances.
