Visited store for new Washing Machine. Team very knowledgeable and made the choice easy. It’s a beautiful place for high end kitchen bath laundry and more or for simple changeouts. The delivery and installation was just as promised, on time and perfect. Nice to have a local business like this! Don't hesitate.

Bought a washer dryer. Told the sales rep I would probably install them myself. He said no worry we will charge you now and if you end up installing it yourself we will give you a credit. I ended up installing the unit myself. After being told I would get my credit for 30 days and not receiving it. The sales rep finally called me and told me I wouldn't get the credit because the delivery guys unboxed the units. Really? $250 to unbox the units after I had paid for delivery already. I was a regular customer for 10 years who spent tens of thousands of dollars. Not anymore.

Bought a refrigerator from WDC because they had a floor model that I could actually look at before purchasing. That was where the good experience ended. The installers that brought the fridge didn't speak English, which normally wouldn't bother me. In this case, it was a real problem. Apparently, my icemaker water supply did not have the right type of connector so they could not complete the install. I asked why no one had told me what type of connection I needed and they just shrugged. No verbal communication. After I ran to the hardware store for a part, I learned how to be a plumber and finished the install myself. That was when I discovered that the refrigerator doors were out of alignment, as were the door handles. The fridge also needed to be leveled. I addressed all of the issues myself, after another trip to the hardware store to buy the right tools to align the doors. While I was rooting around on the floor trying to fix the misaligned doors, my wife called Julian at WDC and was informed that I had signed for the delivery and therefore it was basically my problem. Shame on me for not reading the fine print in my rush to go buy the part I didn't know I needed. I have had much better experiences buying appliances from Best Buy, sight unseen. Needless to say, I won't be going back to WDC.

Very poor customer service. WDC has gone down hill, like many American corporations. DON'T BUY HERE! Go to Reid's Appliances! We recently purchased a $3,000 Speed Queen dryer unit from the sales agent Johnny, who claimed this was the best dryer money can buy. And he's doesn't even work there any longer! After two weeks of normal use, the dryer started making a horrible metal clanking sound. Clearly a manufacturer defect. I requested a new unit based on the fact this unit has a manufactures defect. WDC took 2 weeks to get a certified Speed Queen technician out to assess the damage. The technician determined it was a manufacture defect. It's literally been over a month since I reached out to WDC about this initially and some person named Maritza keeps texting me about delays with Speed Queen in regard to shipping the parts. What a lovely metal clanking sound for a month and it's the holidays with guests and family here! WDC is completely worthless these days and they just ignore long term customers who have spent thousands of dollars on appliances at their store. Get it together!! Good luck in SB, word travels quickly. Read all the other recent reviews, this company has severely deteriorated.

I needed a new washer & dryer. Wow! There are a lot of choices and options now. The team at WDC were patient and helpful. They helped guide me to make my best decision. I definitely recommend them!!
