I selected Freon between many other Diamond Mitsubishi contractors to get 12 years warranty on full house mini-splits. They demonstrated competence and commitment to meet our requests and price was competitive. Good reviews were a consideration too though I was a bit worried if they were inflated. I can see now that these are true reviews - Freon installed full house in 4 days and did very clean quality work without any issues. Inspection was smooth too. I give Freon solid 5 stars and would use them again.

Air conditioner went out. I contacted them at about 8 AM and they had somebody available at 2-4. Then they called back to see if I could meet with the service professional at 10:30, which worked out great! My husband had done a preliminary diagnosis and I shared what part we thought needed replaced. It appears he was correct and they had the part on hand and our air-conditioning was back up and running in no time. I booked through Yelp and it was great because I got so many responses quickly and picked Freon Based upon the reviews, also, they were very affordable and Professional. So all the reviews ring true!

I had to replace my old heater with a new heat pump, and the team at Freon Service, Inc. did an excellent job throughout the entire process. From the initial inspection to clearly explaining the heat pump and other available options, they provided the right guidance and transparent, reasonable pricing. The technician completed the HVAC installation professionally and well within the specified timeline. The team also proactively suggested power options suitable for a 100A main circuit, which was very helpful. Team also recommended options for San Jose Clean Energy rebate program, which came handy while replacing the older unit with new one. Overall, I’m very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them.
