30 day warranty for products? Really people? I can just return it to the store in that time period. You clearly don't want to ever deal with issues or stand by your products.

I read the old bad reviews and I was worried but I can say my experience was very good! I got greeted by Martha at the front desk and told me that I could return my broken TV and take a new TV (still refurbished)the same day. That was really good news to hear. Was told to drive to the back loading area, was helped to unload the TV and within 20 minutes I was in my way back home with my new TV! Great experience!

TOTAL SCAM company. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT buy from these jokers. They have a customer service line that auto-disconnects the call every time. Also, the on-line case capability is a joke as they dont monitor or respond. TOTAL SCAMMERS. Filing case with CA State atty general.

Customer service was good when I first made contact. Now it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I sent my tv back to you guys over 10 days ago. I can't get anyone to call me back. I call customer service or technical support and the phone just rings and rings, nobody ever picks up. I just need to know if I am ever going to get a replacement tv back or not. This has been a nightmare. Please let me know what is going on and I will gladly change my review. Thank you.

I had followed all instructions for the exchange. I had checked in quite a few times and heard nothing back. Instead I've been waiting for a replacement to arrive that never came. Today, I received a check from your company, no explanation as to why I was getting a refund instead of an exchange. This was a terrible experience, now because of the lack of communication I have not only wasted time trying to get an answer and spending way more time in the kitchen than I prefer but I am also missing a highly used piece of equipment, we gave away our old oven when we received this one. I should of known better. Thank you for sending me the money fairly promptly, however, and explanation or reason would of been great considering it takes about 3-4 days for mail to arrive in Colorado from California.
