Andrea provided exceptional service. She went above and beyond any other appliance provider, and that is after 45 yrs of buying appliances…..from Mathew’s TV and Appliance at the top of the hill in Daly City to our local Home Depot in Santa Cruz! Andrea was prompt and professional in every way. Thank you Andrea for delivering and installing our new stove/oven within 48 hours. Your service was exceptional - especially in light of Home Depot cancelling my initial order (after we had waited several weeks and 3 days before the 4th of July weekend). On top of it all, your stove/oven is even a far superior value to the one I initially ordered from Home Depot. Bravo!!!!!

Wow 4.9 stars? If I could give them zero stars I would. We have been looking for this 4.9 service and all we get is crickets. Bought a 2 drawer dishwasher and out of the box, it didn’t work. Instead of boxing it up and taking it back, they sent their service out. They diagnosed it with a defective computer board - so then they send warranty people out to confirm the issue and to order the park. Said it could be several more weeks for the part to come in. QUESTION - WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE IT BACK. We bought an appliance from Home Depot and when they unboxed it, it had a dent on the side - THEY TOOK IT BACK and got a new one in a few days. So, here we sit, no working dishwasher, not sure when a part will be in, and out of the money we spent to go buy a new one else where. Just do the right thing and switch our unit out with a working one, or does that make too much sense? Additional remarks: Once Randall reached out and he was aware of the situation everything changed. He wanted to make sure we were happy and was willing to negotiate options. It was a fast turnaround to deliver a new unit and hook it up. This is the exact service we read about in the reviews. Therefore, I changed my 1 star to 5 stars - VERY much earned.

This company does a great job and has knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to help you. I had them install a new dishwasher, they offered to take my old one away but I refused at first, then a lot later I called asking if they could and they did without extra charge. Which was very convenient and I'll definitely go back whenever I need professional service of this kind.

They were great! My guy, Walter, was helpful right from the jump. I had gone to 3 "big box" stores to try and get a gas dryer, only to find out that those giant warehouses don't carry inventory anymore. Built In Distributors had several options, gave professional recommendations, guided the process, and ended up selling me a Maytag commercial grade dryer that I absolutely love! Best Dryer I've ever owned. Their prices were very competitive as well. If you need something, go here first! Save yourself the "big box headache."
