I have had their products for years never had a problem with anything. I purchased a samovar on 10/14/2021. And the electrical burned out two weeks ago. I went to the store and they refused to give me a warranty unless the manufacturer agreed to it. I called the number listed and told them my issue and the man behind the phone said he’s not dealing with the public and that I had to talk to the owner of the shop. The owner of the shop wanted company to confirm my warranty. I told your worker that i was going to write a review about this and he said “he doesn’t care what I do” that “it doesn’t matter”. I havent even had this Semovar for 2 months!
