Bait and switch no compren aquí!!!! Horrible experience She sold us a 5 burner then delivered a completely different stove that we didn’t even even view. They have no evidence of what they sold us. And they don’t allow refunds. No dejen que los estafen! She was very rude over the phone and then completely changed her behavior in front of the boss. The boss took her side and wouldn’t de train her so I can tell this is regular business for them. They have us a dented stove with only 4 burners that we never even looked at. The owner will gaslight you and make it seem like you’re lying over a $50 difference. If God permits we are taking this to court and suing because apparently it seems this is common practice for them. Story short They sold us one stove at $300 then the next day delivered a cheaper stove and said that the stove we wanted was $350 yet they never gave us the option to pay the difference. I was going to buy 3 more appliances within the next 2 months from them if all went well but they just lost mu business and if god permits, I am suing. No compren aquí te cambian el precio y te dan el producto equivocado.

If I could give this business zero stars that's what I would do I tried to give them the benefit of doubt with first day of purchase customer service was ok the only reason I chose this place because I was in need of appliances ASAP and they were one place that would let buy and pay later my fridge i purchased they promised that it would be cleaned upon delivery and it wasn't I had to literally clean myself I've been asking for a part for it that I've never got yet and it's been nine months later my dryer i purchased was making loud noise they charged me money to pick up they didn't charge to repair but we waited almost a month before we received our dryer back I had to keep calling over and over again they don't answer phone calls neither do they return calls I really wished I check reviews before dealing with this company. Consumers if you come across HBTG appliances PLEASE! keep going you would be very disappointed.

I bought a nice Samsung Smart Refrigerator and within 9 months it broke down. I called and asked could they see why it stopped working or could they fix it, it was told to me that they do not work on Smart refrigerators. Why would you sell a customer an appliance that came from your store and then when it goes out of service you guys won't fix it! I wouldn't recommend buying any appliances from that store because if it goes out of service they will not fix it. Companies should not sell appliances new or used with out a warranty or at least try to go and see what the issue is!

My husband purchased a used refrigerator from this place. A few days into using the fridge, we noticed that the top section keeps freezing our fruits and vegetables. I called their store and was promised someone would come look at it. A week goes by, no calls and no one comes by to check it out. I called back and left a message. No return calls. I call back a few days later and was told to take pictures of the fridge's serial number, make and model and text it them and they will order a part for the fridge. another 2 weeks go by. I call again and was told the part has been ordered and they will call me when they can come out to fix it. Another week (7 days) goes by and no communication. I called back and left a message an no call back. It frustrating to communicate with this stores owner and staff. I highly do not recommend this place. Save your money and yourself the trouble.
