We really appreciated Zareh's responsiveness and knowledge. We had a refrigerator leak the day before we left on vacation, called Zareh and he was willing to come right over. Not only did he fix the immediate problem but came back several days later with the part to help prevent the problem from happening in the future. This was the second time we called him - the first was for a dishwasher - so he seems to know how things work! He will be out go-to guy in the future too.
