I met Colby yesterday. He was my first stop of 4 more places to go, in search of a replacement washer and maybe a dryer. After, several days of research. I left with purchase of both washer and dryer, extended warranty, installation and removal of the old appliances. This has never happened to me before. I usually, take my truck pickup and install myself. His knowledge, and truthfulness, of all that goes into a purchase, allowed me to fill at ease. The installer came the next day (today) installed in minutes. Very friendly guy. The units were checked. I’m washing now. Thanks.

I did not expect much when our LG dishwasher broke and found Action Appliance as LG authorized service provider. But Action Appliance and specifically Andrew came to the rescue with professionalism and dedication. The original issue ended up being covered by LGs 10 year pump warranty. However after part replacement it didn’t work. Andrew and team continued to troubleshoot the issue and replaced several more parts over four additional visits. All the extra visits were at no cost to me. How many repair shops these days stand behind their work? Action Appliance will be my reference from now on.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I called them to check my washer, and the technician showed up completely unprepared. He ran the washer knowing the drain hose wasn’t connected, which flooded my entire laundry area. No care, no apology. He barely spent five minutes before telling me multiple parts were broken and quoted me over $800 for repairs — without even running a full diagnostic. My washer still works on the delicate cycle, and only gives an LF error on the regular one. But somehow he came up with a sky-high quote almost instantly. When I called the office to complain, the staff was just as rude and dismissive. They refused to take responsibility and instead blamed me. Unprofessional, careless, and clearly out to take advantage of people. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration — go elsewhere. This company is a scam waiting to happen.

He barely looked at the washer, didn’t run any proper diagnostic, and within minutes told me multiple parts were broken and tried to charge me over $800. Seriously? For a washer that still works on delicate cycle? The only issue was an LF error when switching to the regular cycle — yet he acted like the entire unit was shot. To make things worse, when I called their office to complain, the staff was just as rude, lazy, and unhelpful as the technician. Instead of listening or taking responsibility, they blamed me for what happened. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability. I ended up wasting $100 for someone to flood my laundry room and try to scam me. This company is dishonest, careless, and clearly in it to rip people off. If you don’t want to be overcharged, mistreated, and left worse off than before, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business.

I've been calling on Action Appliance for years. They're always prompt, professional and honest. They're my go-to for service and sales. I recommended them to my mom, after the big box stores couldn't help her. She was very happy with their prices and customer service. Michael recently educated me on the benefits of buying a commercial washer for my family's needs after ours went out after four years. We're a family of six and do a ton of oversized loads. We bought a Speed Queen washer that has a ten year warranty. So far, we're happy with the quality and speed of this machine. Five Stars for Action Appliance!
