Pardini Appliance

The service department manager was so helpful when my husband called in for service we were struggling to find a servicer in our area after we had tried to get scheduled service from Sears and they would never show up. She not only scheduled us for service within 3 days but also helped diag the issue and sent the technician out with parts. We are so happy and will definitely use and refer Pardini Appliance in the future.

Several years ago when I purchased 5 major appliances from Pardini, Jim, the Salesman, helpfully provided comparison info and was professional in every communication. That said, today when I called the Pardini Service Dept. the woman with whom I spoke was neither professional nor helpful. She led with what Pardini techs won't do, in an unfriendly tone.Then in response to my questions about filters that the tech would need to replaced, she stated that I should have gotten that info from the manuals. The disdainful tone was bad enough. But the lecture served no purpose - since no service tech needs the customer to provide parts info - once they know the exact equipment to be worked on. I will not recommend Pardini again.

Based on after market customer service, I've personally spent over 8k here, bought more to help family to pay me back later, and will spend more to go to home depot or anywhere else. Hearing them grill my wife and ask for proof of purchase for repair work a year later with no request for warranty services, refuse my brother in law's warranty on a $3400 refrigerator, along with no care for orders, and overall minimal stock, I cannot support a local family business. Makes me sad as an Italian American, with our counties heritage.

Had an issue Saturday. Posted a review that I now want to amend. Talked to these guys today…didn’t make me go into a story of any sort, just offered to fix it. I’m updating my review to 5 stars because they cared enough to fix and resolve an issue, even if minor to most. This shows me they are the type of company that will be there for you even after service/sale. You can’t fake that. Us customers can be hard to deal with, they will treat you with professionalism no matter the mood you are in.

Mark listened to my family needs and showed me the perfect washing machines for me. Did not try to talk me into the most expensive, I really appreciated the honest help. Jeremiah delivered it the next day. He was very polite, professional and respectful of my home. Hooked it up for me and tested it. Thank you both for making a difficult project very easy.
