What can I say, Andy and Sonya were great to work with on an LG refrigerator that stopped getting cold for us. Working with any service provider, I ask them to be honest, on time, and do high-quality work. All American Appliance met all of those expectations and went above and beyond. Add in kindness and excellent communication, I would not hesitate to work with them in future situations and recommend them to others.

Andy is very knowledgeable and professional. He knows how to diagnose and solve problems, which is awesome. He takes his time and is obviously experienced. He will make sure the appliance is fixed properly. Even if the issue recurs, he will return and keep troubleshooting until there's a resolution. In one case, he was able to quickly find and fix a problem that eluded two other technicians. Highly recommend!

I was referred to All American Appliance Repair by another local appliance repair company and couldn't be happier with the service. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and highly responsive. She and the repair technician, Andy, made it easy for us to get the information we needed to decide whether we should repair or replace our refrigerator. Andy stopped by when he was in the neighborhood and assessed what was wrong and gave us an upfront quote. Once we decided to move forward, he ordered the parts we needed and arranged for the follow up visit. The end result is a fridge that looks and runs like new again. As an added bonus, the final invoice was about $25 less than the original quoted price. If you need an appliance repaired, I recommend giving All American a call. They are locally owned and warranty their work.

I have been using this company since I moved here ten years ago. They are prompt, reliable, and fairly priced. They quote the $140. service call fee when they book the appointment and if you need a second visit (which I did) they apply that to the final cost. They even fixed another minor thing they found on one repair visit and did not charge for that. I checked the prices of the parts I needed against Amazon's and they were very comparable and in once case exactly the same. I HIGHLY recommend them!
