If I could rate this business a 0 I would! I bought a dishwasher from these people a week and a half ago. This dishwasher still HAS NOT ran one load of dishes! It was delivered to me on Monday evening and I was told they wouldn't install it so I had a friend install it for me. It powers on and its getting water but does NOT start! I called in and was told that "we will send our guys to look at it." The guys came Thursday evening and verified that it is non-functional and told me that someone would be in touch with me to replace it. I heard nothing from anyone on Friday and when I called in Saturday the lady that works there had no idea what I was talking about! She said well I will get you a new dishwasher by Monday 5/4/26 because the truck is already full for tomorrow's delivery and although I complained I agreed. Today is Tuesday May 5th 2026 and guess what? I still have no dishwasher! When I called in to find out why she said, "oh, he has scheduled you for Wednesday." So at that point I said you are going to install it right to ensure that it works before I get stuck with it? And she said "no we don't install dishwashers." "So basically this whole situation may happen all over again", I said and she said I guess? Don't waste your $$$ with this business. They sell broken appliances and when you want them to make it right they drag their feet and try to avoid you!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is awful. The delivery and installation needs to be investigated these are clearly only delivering men. They do not know how to properly install the appliances. The prices are way overpriced for used items. I wish I could give this business no stars. I just sent a complaint to the better business bureau. This is not acceptable I have a machine in my house that doesn’t work. I have delivery guys in and out of my house not capable of installing appliances and I have to communicate with an unprofessional sales associate Nairoby instead of the manger Pete who is conveniently never in when I call. I am writing this review to warn people to not waste your time or money with these people.
