I was shopping around at a couple different places for a new induction range, and having been to two other stores just before I came here expecting the same level of dismissive service I got before. Instead, I had the chance to work with Adam Jensen who proved to be extremely knowledgeable, kind, and beyond helpful in our search for the right range. Super patient and more than willing to answer all of my silly questions. Not once did he make me feel stupid and instead indulged me and my curiosity. That level of customer service also extended to their delivery staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that I’m a fully satisfied customer. Not only did they install the range without damaging anything in my house, but they went so far as to actually replace some of the old wooden planks and siding we had. I highly recommend working with the staff here as you will be treated with respect and as a valued customer. I will purchase from them in the future if/when the need arises!

Great alternative to big box stores! We went here to purchase a new dishwasher and they did something that has not happened to us in a very long time. We chose a model and when the sales person discovered that it was out of stock he offered the next model up at the same price that was in stock! This was a savings of 300.00 dollars for us! Highly recommend Contra Costa Appliance over the chain appliance stores. Adam was tremendously helpful throughout the purchasing process, provided recommendations/information/solutions, was easily reachable for any questions, and followed through on everything he said he would do. I had to follow-up a few times with the chain stores just to get a quote.

Contra Costa Appliance is #1! Everybody at this business is simply amazing! Jonathan was on time and very professional. I have a lot of pets in my house but he didn't seem to mind. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed them quickly. The repair cost a fraction of the amount other shops quoted. My ice maker is happily making ice again! Thank you!

Great customer service, knowledgable and responsive staff. This was the THIRD place we tried to buy appliances. FINALLY, this is our store! John Johnson assisted us...he was knowledgeable and responded to my questions (he actually called me back!) When we went into the store, staff acknowledged us right away, and there were staff to help us immediately. The purchasing process was fast and easy, and we had our new dishwasher and new fridge within a week. Installers were communicative and showed up when they were supposed to. Install was high quality, they even (somehow) fixed the unevenness of the floor under the dishwasher so it sits evenly, unlike our last one. We are very happy, and definitely recommend!
