Honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve received from a small town company. Everywhere else in this town has been amazing helping with the little issues I had but Steve was incredibly rude.

I have read the reviews and i must say, this is a huge county and very difficult for a small company to cover and make everyone happy. My experience with S and S appliance was very positive. I'm a "Do it yourselfer", I needed help, I called Steve, and he gave me what I needed to get the job done. He never asked for a thing. This is what small town help is all about.
