Washing machine needed repair I found Bob's Appliance on Google maps, showed up same day, reasonable price. Alex the technician is polite and professional fixed and gone within 2 hours. unfortunately machine stopped working altogether in the first load, called back right away and no answer for over an hour, which had me thinking I just got ripped off, BUT!!! once they answered they told me they would be back the next morning and they did, this time both Dan and Alex showed up and fixed the problem which turned out to be a different issue, NO ADDITIONAL COST FOR COMING BACK AND RESOLVING 2ND ISSUE. Better response time on second call would have received 5 stars. OVERALL happy with service, will use again.

Dan is awesome! He knows his stuff and has been able to diagnose problems in a few minutes and get them fixed in a very timely manner. We had issues with our dryer last week and our washer this week. Both times we got the problems fixed for a reasonable cost and a quick timeframe.
