They did very good job , appliances go down to basement very hard to do ,they still smiling no any complaint . they did very good. Imagine . very nice persons. I like to give them Five Stars Plus .

I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Jordon. I was aware of which model of washer I wanted. Jordon checked the inventory, showed me the floor model, and explained its features. Within 10 minutes i had chosen and paid for my new LG Washer. I was offered a selection of delivery dates. The delivery crew(3) were prompt, fast, and cleaned up after the installation and removal of my old washer. They made sure the new machine ran thru a cycle before they left. I would definitely recommend Appliance Factory Warehouse for purchasing new appliances.

This place was amazing! The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. I came in looking for a kitchen package and new laundry for my new house and Jordan and Mike helped me out a lot. They made sure I was happy with what I was getting and got me some great deals as well. 100% recommend for any of your appliance or mattress needs

Can't speak to the appliances. I STILL have not gotten my delivery. First we ordered an appliance only to be notified it had already been sold. So we bought another one. Told it would be delivered Friday. It wasn't. Told it would be delivered Monday. Called no less than 5 times Monday and was told it was on the truck and set to be delivered. Leave work early to attend to delivery, only to figure out that it never made it onto the truck and was still at the warehouse. This bit of information I was only able to find out after driving to the Westminster store location because they stopped answering their phones. It is now Monday night and I'm told it will arrive Thursday. Time will tell.
