I reported them to Better Business!! Upon purchasing a refrigerator I had problems the following day. I was told I had a warranty. Every time I call I was given every excuse, to where they will not return or take my calls. "Bailey" from part is the biggest excuse giver. They went as far as saying repair person was on his way BUT he had family death when he was on his way to repair there mess.
So disgusted how they take advantage of customers whom go into the store with good attentions & be taken advantaged of.
you and ALL your staff should be ashamed, and make good on your promises. Better yet close your doors.
