I am not one to leave negative reviews, I always try to leave positive reviews for businesses. We have had the most miserable experience with this place. We bought a brand new washer three years ago and spent extra for the 4 yr warranty. Long story short, after 6 weeks and multiple instances of taking time off of work, my husband ended up having to drop our washer off at the store for repair. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we were told our washer would be repaired and back on Thursday (yesterday) for pick up. No one called. Come 5 pm my husband calls and they said they hadn't gotten the delivery yet and would call us when it arrived. No call. Now we are in a holiday weekend and not expecting anything until Monday. We have spent enough at the laundry and mat and time off work to buy 2 or 3 brand new washers at this point. We will NEVER buy an appliance from this store again. The service they use for repair is Brand Source. Absolutely horrible. Just hoping to save someone else the time, money, and stress that this has caused us.

I bought a washer-dryer set from Josh Lary. He spent a lot of time with me and worked to get me exactly what I wanted for the best deal. He did not pressure me or try to upsell. He was patient and explained things thoroughly so I knew exactly what I was getting and paying for. I felt he really knew his stuff, and he was really good to work with.

Tamara was an amazing help the second we walked in the door! She was quick to inquire what we were looking for and she showed us multiple options, as well as the differences between them. She gave her personal opinions, as well as what seems to be popular. I really appreciated her personal customer service, as we had never purchased appliances like this before. The shop itself was great, very inviting and clean and cool in the hot weather. So many options for what we were looking for and clear prices. While we were looking around, multiple other employees asked if we needed assistance which really just made us feel at ease and taken care of.

When we replaced a washer and dryer (got new Speed Queens) last year we had a great experience selecting them with knowledge and friendly staff. Then we used Appliance factory recently to replace an upright freezer. We came in with a specific plan and needs to fit a space, staff who worked with us was fantastic, knowledgeable and prompt. Even allowing us to hold off on delivery until the space is ready. We would absolutely shop here for any appliance!
