We recently had our dryer repaired. The service technician was fast and efficient at diagnosing the problem, he had the parts on hand for the repair, and thoroughly checked to make sure there weren't any other problems. I was very pleased with the service we received from Poudre Valley Appliance!

Crooks!!! They sold me a dryer that had a 6month warranty and the dryer broke down a few weeks after my warrenty was up! When I called them to have them come out and look at it the told me they were going to charge me 60 bucks just to look and I live a block away from their shop!!!!! They also told me the there is nothing they can do the warranty is up so any repairs will be paid out of pocket! My dryer never worked right since the day I got it. They have come to look at it twice since Ive had it and still nothing. They took my old dryer, fixed it up and made more then what I paid for my "new dryer" and now the only thing they can do is ONLY charge me 30$ for walking their lazy asses across the street to come fix their junk! They will bend you over! Don't give them your money.

I hadn't purchased my dishwasher here, but they were recommended when it went down. After a short, friendly conversation they pointed me towards a $10 fix, in lieu of the complete overhaul I expected. Now, it's working great again, and I can do my own maintenance going forward. Thank you!
