Absolutely the worst customer service in the business….two guys show up to deliver my washer/dryer. The only tools they have is a pair of channelocks and a dolly. Needless to say I ended up installing the unit and putting a proper strain lock on the cord. Asked the boss…”I couldn’t get the clamp to work” Safety hazard…dangerous!! Rude. Terrible customer service!!! Never again!!!!

I treated my elderly parents to a house cleaning for Christmas. The cleaning ladies inadvertently dislodged the dryer venting, and I knew I couldn’t hook it back up on my own. Two young guys from B&B Appliance came quickly to the house, hooked up the vent in a jiffy, and refused to accept reimbursement for their trouble. What an unbelievable blessing to us all!!!!! Thank you SO very much for your generous and kind-hearted service! Merry Christmas!

Over the years we have bought a chest freezer and other small items from them. I needed to replace a fitting for my washer that got lost during a move. We bought the lost fitting from them originally so I automatically want to them to replace it. The person I talked to tried to tell me they "Never have sold that type of thing" Never sold washer adaptors???? He just didn't want to help me, period. Was borderline rude and somewhat disrespectful. When the former owner had it this would never have happened. Whoever was working that day had a cob stuck square up his you know what. I went to Bloedorns and got what I needed. I will NOT go back and will NOT recommend them to anyone.
