I am posting this here because this location/company was involved in our Appliance Factory Outlet experience. We purchased a brand-new $5,000+ GE Monogram freezer that never worked from day one. The sales process was positive, but once there was a problem, the customer service experience was awful. We were left without a working kitchen freezer for weeks, had to deal with service windows and poor communication, and ultimately had to resolve the matter through a credit card chargeback. I would strongly recommend doing your research and reading reviews carefully before buying from Appliance Factory Outlet.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right appliance rather than just making a sale.
