Their driver is reckless. I saw him on spring creek road stuck behind someone turning left during busy morning traffic. I understand the frustration and the temptation to drive into the right hand breakdown lane to go around the turning vehicle, but their driver didn’t even try to be safe about it. He just punched the gas right into the break down lane flying around everyone, clearly pissed off. I have seen children riding their bikes in this exact spot almost every morning. Thank God no kids were present or this driver could have killed someone. I just moved into a new house and was looking for a new fridge and garbage disposal. I will be looking elsewhere after seeing that.

Avoid at all COST. I spent over $40,000 on an appliance order with these bozos. They incorrectly installed the refrigerator which led to a leak causing thousands of dollars in damage. The installer admitted to that the installation was not done correctly (including video). However, the scoundrels at Tri River are claiming it’s not their fault. You can be either stupid or incompetent. Unfortunately, for Tri River, they are both.

Our experience with Tricia Kuboske and her colleagues was wonderful. Tricia was informative, helpful, and kind. We felt very comfortable. The warehouse crew was also friendly and helpful. We are pleased with our purchase and came home to Nucla and installed our new dishwasher. We will share with others of our positive experience. We will again visit Tricia Rivera Appliance with future needs. Thank you.

I have been buying appliances and utilizing this companies service department when needed. I have always received competitive prices on everything. Some items were near internet prices which is unusual for the small town we live in. I must comment on their service department. THEY ARE THE BEST!! Always courteous. Always on time. Very easy to work with. I feel like a special customer when dealing with them. Highly recommended.
