Appliance Factory Parts

Worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered a specific part. They chose to replace it and send another that was not right. They refused to send a return label without putting me through taking pictures of the new part old part where the part would go where the other part was etc... They even had on the order sent that they had substituted the part that I ordered because it was no longer available. Instead of just not sending anything which I would have proferred, or not letting me order it, they replaced it with a universal part that does not work with my grill. Now they want proof that it doesn't work. The person I spoke with was horrible and not flexible or understanding. This is my second order with them and my last. I woul have put negative stars if I could

The employees here are splendid they are very nice and help you with any issues you may have John the manager was super helpful with our used washing machine purchase. Great people and very helpful with any issues that you could have. 10/10 will return with any laundry or other appliance issues the people behind the counter are knowledgeable and helpful.
