Rose Pixley was a dream to deal with for a mattress and adjustable frame. She was incredibly knowledgeable and then the things she didnt know, she was happy to look up, figure out and provide even more information. She didn't hang out over our shoulders or hound us at all, she was extremely professional and so very helpful. She was quick to the point and answered every single question we had and was very patient. She is the best experience we have ever had at this store and she deserves a raise. Only deal with Rose!

"I recently purchased an appliance from this location, and while the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and professional, the logistics of the experience were quite difficult. After I rearranged my Friday schedule to accommodate the delivery, I received a call on Thursday evening stating they could no longer make the original window. Although they were able to deliver the unit the following day, it arrived with a damaged power plug. When I reached out to resolve this, I was told that while they intend to fix it, they cannot provide a timeframe or further guidance due to current staffing shortages. While I truly appreciate the kindness of the individuals that work here, the delivery delays and lack of a clear resolution on when I can have a working washing machine make it difficult for me to recommend purchasing appliances here.

I had a great experience working with Mike Couchman at the 84th location. Mike helped me purchase our new GE profile stove and hood. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. We are very happy with the overall experience, and I would highly recommend Appliance Factory.

I was shopping for a new oven for my elderly parents. Parker went above and beyond to help us with options to take back to them so they wouldn’t have to drive out to the store. He even printed off the options. Took it to my folks and they were able to make a decision that day. Purchased on Sunday and had it in their home on Friday. Andy from the delivery team was prompt and professional. Took 27 min from start to finish. Called the day before in the early evening to advise of timing window. No surprises. And so pleasant.

I placed an order online, the next morning I received a call from John I believe to complete the sale. I had to reschedule my appointment but the fact that they were still on time the day I couldn’t accept it was amazing. But the gentleman who delivered my products did an amazing job. They were professional and efficient. My washer and dryer were hooked up properly. This is the second time I’ve purchased appliances from the Sable location and both times I’ve had great experience and on time delivery.
